What kind of title is that? The answer to the title lies with the Sun. As I’m sure you have already guessed it has something to do with Christmas as well. From my last post I mentioned that the “mas” from Christmas is from the Egyptian “mes” which means birth so Christmas is the Christ Birth and “messiah” is the New Born god – us. From another post I mentioned that Gnosis is Enlightenment, Spiritual Transformation, and Christ Consciousness. But how do all 3 (Sun, Christmas and Gnosis) fit together? One of the ways is through the Zodiac and is the story of the journey of our soul. There is a MP3 by Stephan Hoeller about this journey named “The Hymn of the Pearl” which I highly recommend. Can you guess what the Pearl is? In my view his version is very beautiful. There might be 1 or 2 things I don’t agree with but not everybody agrees with me either so just take what you want from any source and assemble the puzzle the best you can. That’s the whole point, have fun and explore. [Read more…] about Merry Gnosis

So what’s in a number?
We all use numbers constantly, no question about that. But numbers meant so much more to the ancients. Why?
First let me explain who I’m talking about when I say “ancients”. I want to thank B.K. for bringing this to my attention. I didn’t answer this very well so I’ll try better here. We can choose any group, the Chinese, Hindu/Buddhists, Persians, Egyptians, Sumerians, Chaldeans, Mays, Nordics, Druids, Greeks, Polynesians, you name it, they all came up with the same symbols, myths, allegories, fables etc., yet they were all separated by distance, time and interests. Hanging around, upside down
Have you ever seen a tree growing downward? If you’re familiar with Kabbalism then you have. This is probably common knowledge but yes, it’s the Tree of Life. It grows downward from The Source toward matter with the brain as it’s’ roots and the spine as the tree. Of course the opposite of this is that same tree growing up from matter toward The Source with the brain now being the branches/leaves. But the leaves haven’t blossomed – yet.
This is the meaning of the Creation of Adam painting with Adam and God reaching out to one another. It is also the bands of the Zodiac. The outer band, called the Great Platonic Year, is our Solar Systems’ orbit with the Sirius Star System. [Read more…] about Hanging around, upside down
The Truth Will Set You Free
Why are Christians getting so sick?
During my life I have been around many people whom I would classify hardcore Christians. I began to notice something in common with all of them – namely, that the more intense their Christian convictions, the more they suffered from disease, illness and psychological problems. I didn’t really put the connection together – until now. I don’t profess to know everything or be completely right about everything. This is simply what I’ve found through my research.
The Bible will impart truth but only if interpreted correctly – esoterically, celestially and personally. It is almost all symbolism, metaphor, myth and allegory. I say celestially due to the Hermetic axiom of “As Above, So Below” That’s why the Bible states there will be lights in the heavens and THOSE LIGHTS WILL BE FOR SIGNS, but that is a discussion for another time. He Restores My Soul
“He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the path of righteousness for his name’s sake. (Psalm 23:3)
One of my favorite lines, this scripture is saying: take to the practice of meditation for purification of the subconscious, thereby come unto Christ (“name’s sake”) consciousness (Love) : (“He”) inner Christ (“restoreth”) heals separation, thereby is “righteousness” [Read more…] about He Restores My Soul
The Esoteric Meaning of the Tetragrammaton
Western religion has a terribly inaccurate and limited view of the body, soul, and spirit. Such a view has led to the church’s failure to properly portray and instruct how we advance in the kingdom of God. Jesus plainly stated God’s kingdom was within us (Luke: 17:21), and Paul teaches us that God dwells within us. We are His temple. Thus both God and His kingdom are found within us, and are both one harmonious relationship.
But what does this mean. It’s easy to quote scripture and say that God and His kingdom are in us, but how are we to really grasp this concept.
Breaking down the esoteric meaning of the Tetragrammaton can help. [Read more…] about The Esoteric Meaning of the Tetragrammaton
The Resurrection of Jesus
Did the resurrection really happen? Was an individual named Jesus really raised from the dead over two thousand years ago? Theologians and atheists both agree that the validity of Christianity rests on this one point alone. Many atheists argue that if Christ wasn’t raised from the dead then there’s no need for Christianity or God because it’s all myth. On the other hand, since Christians believe that Christ was raised from the dead, we too can have eternal life if we believe in him. Both of these arguments are ridiculously short-sighted and they completely divert [Read more…] about The Resurrection of Jesus
Christ Consciousness for the Christian
What exactly is Christ consciousness? Although it may not be so easy to attain, it can and should be seen as something practical. Many websites make it seem so spiritual that it becomes no earthly good, and therefore, Christians wash their hands of it. At the very least they look into it for the sake of curiosity, but once they dig in, it seems too otherworldly to give it a second thought. [Read more…] about Christ Consciousness for the Christian
The Sistine Chapel Ceiling: The Secret in Plain Sight
Our Biblical mystics weren’t the only ones who veiled secret information beyond the literal interpretation of their work. It seems Michelangelo, perhaps the greatest artist of all time, did too. One of the most important of his paintings contains a hidden message that would rock the traditional Christian mindset; at least it would if it were widely publicized. This post will address that painting and delve a little more into the painter’s true message behind God and man. [Read more…] about The Sistine Chapel Ceiling: The Secret in Plain Sight
An Esoteric Interpretation of Genesis Chapter 1
We should all be aware that the ultimate answer to the mystery of the universe probably isn’t available. I seriously doubt there is a definitive answer because a definitive answer is only a concept that exists in the conscious experience of matter where all things become concrete. What if I told you that ultimate reality is devoid of concreteness and cannot be limited to a definitive answer? Wouldn’t a definitive answer just be a limitation anyway? In this post I am going to show you how Genesis chapter 1, the very first book of the Bible, opens us to the possibility of something greater than a definitive answer. Putting Scripture Into Proper Perspective: Part Two
I remember the day like it was yesterday. Sweaty palms. Racing heart. The stage music was playing softly. Ministers were standing around the steps below the pulpit waiting for me and others to come forward. The message had been preached with fire and conviction. The salvation call was out. Jesus had spoken—at least through the pastor—and, being convinced, I was coming forward to set my life straight and give it to Jesus. Why? Because the preacher had convinced me that the Jesus of the Bible wanted this. What exactly this was I wasn’t really sure. But I assured myself that I could figure it all out later. The important thing was that I was getting “saved,” right? I mean, after all, wasn’t getting “saved” by believing the literal gospel story the right thing to do?
